SAVORY BUN WITH NUTELLA®

Ingredients

• 500 gr flour • 50 ml oil
• 250 ml water • 1 egg
• 75 gr sugar • 200 gr soft butter (for rolling out)
• 25 gr yeast                    • 500 gr NUTELLA®
• 12 gr salt  

 

Recipe

Knead all materials until you have smooth dough. • Cut round pieces of equal size from dough at equal amounts. • Lay the pieces on an oily tray to yeast. • Put a piece of butter in the middle of each dough roll and roll out thinly with your hands. • Spread egg yolk on them and leave them to yeast again. • In a preheated oven to 180°C, bake them until their top surfaces are baked.
